What is a ‘Workshop’?

An online workshop is a meeting or course conducted on a digital platform to provide you with specific knowledge or practical skills through a combination of meetings, instructions, discussions, demonstrations or interactive and collaborative activities. Each workshops will be a minimum of 60 minutes and can be for half a day depending on the topic and would include ongoing interaction where attendees may ask interact with the presenter and may also collaborate with each other for group activities

What is a ‘webinar’?

A webinar is nothing but an seminar conducted online on a digital platform. Webinars are a combination of audio and PowerPoint presentations conducted by expert speakers on a specific topic.Each webinar will be a minimum of 60 – 120 minutes long and would includes a 15-20 minute Question and Answer session where attendees may ask questions of the presenter.

What do I need to attend a Workshop or Webinar online?

You will need a computer with microphone and speakers or a smart phone with your speaker On or you can use your headsets. You will also need a broadband connection which is fast and reliable. You will need to download the app on ypur computer and ensure that your systems and Java programs are all updated

How does the sound work during an Online Workshop / Webinar?

With ONline workshops or webinars on Zoom or whatever platform we use, you can join in with your computer’s microphone and speakers, or make a conventional phone call. The best and recommended option is using your computer’s built in speakers if possible. You could also use a USB headset. Please note that all attendee microphones are muted by default by a speaker during a session and may be unmute during the Question and Answer section during the last 15-20 mins.

What do I do on the day to login successfully?

Online Workshops and Webinars are time bound and hence start promptly. We request you to be logged into the webinar in time

You will receive a email with a link to the webinar and any other details that you need to click to log in

30 minutes before the webinar please ensure that your computer is booted up and ready to go

10 minutes before your webinar log into the Worshop or Webinar using the link in the email you recived and test the sound. There should be a video playing and if you have a visual and audio of this you are ready to go!

Can I ask questions?

Of course you can ask questions. You can type in questions in the chat box which the moderator or presenter will be abel to see and answer or bring up for discussion. We will show you how to do this at the start of the webinar. Some of the presenters may choose to have an interactive session and may unmute you to ask questions. You can click the ‘Raise hand’ icon and once unmuted you will be able to ask your question

Usually, the presenter will do a full Q&A session at the end of the webinar.

I can’t find my email with all the login details, I need help!

You will get an email after you have booked a session. Please make sure that you have added a reminder to your calendar suing the ‘Yes’ and ‘Save’ options. This will contain all the details. You will also get a reminder an hour before the session with all the details on it.

If you can’t find anything email us at vlive360@edvantageinternational.com and we will send you the email and login details again

How can I provide my feedback or suggestions?

Your feedback is very important to us as it helps us to improve and develop our webinar programme, so please take the two minutes to complete the survey form that will be eamiled to you or that will pop up during the session

What is ‘On Demand’?

All our live webinars are recorded and available here on Vlive360 – ‘On Demand’. They can be purchased as ‘On Demand recordings’ for you to watch when convenient for you and at a pace you want to. Simply visit our www.vlive360.com and select ‘On Demand’ from the menu

I registered and paid for a Workshop/Webinar but I missed it. Can I see it 'On-Demand' instead?

All the registrants for a Workshop or Webinar are automatically sent a recording following the live webinar whether they attended or not.

Can I purchase a recording of a webinar if I forgot to register?

Yes, you can ourchase it from the ‘On-Demand’ section of the website. Recordings are generally available following the live webinar. However, the sale of these webinars is restricted to certain webinars and workshops only

Q

How much do On Demand webinars cost?

If you have already purchased the live webinar session there are no extra charges to send you the recording, you will be sent this automatically.

If you have not purchased the webinar already, the cost of the recording will be the same as the cost of the live session. Just select from the On Demand menu.

Q

What is the format for an 'On-Demand' recording?

The ‘On-demand’ recordings are in .MP4 format and these can be played on most Windows, Mac and mobile devices
